NordVPN을 전용앱을 설치하지 않고 Windows 11에서 native로 이용할 시 발생되는 “정책 일치 오류”에 대한 해결방안입니다.

이는 NordVPN의 매뉴얼에 나와 있지 않은 부분입니다. 공식 매뉴얼대로 먼저 설정을 완료하시고, 아래 가이드를 따라가시기 바랍니다.

NordVPN 사용 중 “Policy Mismatch Error”가 발생했다면, 이는 주로 IKEv2/IPSec 프로토콜 설정 불일치로 인해 발생하는 오류입니다. 클라이언트와 서버 간의 암호화 정책이 맞지 않을 때 나타납니다. 아래 해결 방법을 따라 해보세요.

  2. 아래 명령어를 입력 (VPN 연결 이름은 실제 이름으로 변경):

✅ 2. 레지스트리 수정 (DH 그룹 문제 해결)

  1. 레지스트리 편집기 실행 (regedit)
  2. 다음 경로로 이동:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\RasMan\Parameters
  1. 새 DWORD 값 생성:
    • 이름: NegotiateDH2048_AES256
    • 값: 1
  2. PC 재부팅

이 설정은 강력한 DH 그룹(2048-bit)을 사용하도록 Windows를 설정합니다.

✅ 3. NordVPN 앱 사용 권장

수동 설정이 복잡하거나 오류가 계속된다면, NordVPN 공식 앱을 사용하는 것이 가장 안정적입니다. 앱은 자동으로 적절한 정책을 설정하므로 오류 발생 가능성이 낮습니다.
